Makare Tower Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Makaresoft ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use the Makare Tower mobile application (the "App") on iOS and Android. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number or location through the App.

Game progress, settings and scores are stored locally on your device. If you choose to use Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android), those services are operated by Apple and Google under their own privacy policies.

2. Third-party services

The App may use the following third-party services, which may collect information such as device identifiers, IP address, device model and usage data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

On iOS, we will ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before any data is used for personalized advertising. You can change this at any time in your device settings. On Android, you can reset or opt out of your advertising ID in your device settings.

3. In-app purchases

Purchases are processed entirely by Apple or Google. We do not receive or store your payment details.

4. How we use information

Any information collected through the services above is used only to operate and improve the App, fix crashes, measure performance and, where applicable, show advertisements. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data retention and deletion

Data stored on your device is removed when you delete the App. To request deletion of any data held by us or our service providers, email support@makaresoft.com.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
